Thai Soup Recipe | Thai Soup Recipe .This is a soup made from chicken, simmered in water, usually with various other ingredients. This thai soup consists of a clear chicken broth, often with pieces of chicken or vegetables.
The origin of soup is linked to the history of the domestication of fowl, stretching back 7,000 to 10,000 years ago, which probably took place either in ancient India or Southeast Asia.

Thai soup can be a relatively low fat food. Chicken soup has long been touted as a form of traditionally medicated to treat symptoms of the common cold and related conditions. In Pakistan various forms of chicken soups exist.
The most famous one is Chicken Corn Soup. Other variants are Chicken Egg Soup, thai soup and Simple Chicken Soup.

Chicken 250 gram
Salt as taste
Green chili 2-3
Chinese salt 2 teaspoon
Chicken yakhini 8 cups
Rice 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/3 cup
Soya sauce 2 tablespoon

چاول 2 چائے کا چمچ
لیموں کا رس 1/3 کپ
سویا ساس 2 چمچ

Cooking Directions

1.First of all, take a non stick pan add oil and chicken in it and fry it until golden brown.
2. Now add salt, green chili, chinese salt and rice and fry it 2 to 3 minutes.
3.Then add chicken yakhini and cook it well.
4.At the end add lemon juice in it and serve it hot with sauces.


1. سب سے پہلے ، ایک نان اسٹک پین میں اس میں تیل اور چکن ڈالیں اور اس کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک بھونیں۔
2۔اب اس میں نمک ، ہری مرچ ، چینی نمک اور چاول ڈالیں اور 2 سے 3 منٹ تک بھونیں۔
3. پھر اس میں چکن یاکھینی ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح پکائیں۔
4 آخر میں اس میں لیموں کا رس شامل کریں اور چٹنیوں کے ساتھ گرم گرم پیش کریں۔
