French fries were popular at the restaurant and one day a diner complained that the fries were too thick.The term “chips” was around before “fries” and used to mean, basically, “slices of fruit/vegetable”. French fries got popular in Britain early on, and they called them chips, because they were slices of potato.I really love it.

Ingredients

Potato Julien cut  3 normal size
Salt as taste
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
All hot spices 1/2 teaspoon
Gram flour or plain flour 1 tablespoon
Oil for fry

اجزاء

آلو جولین 3 عام سائز کاٹتا ہے
ذائقہ کے طور پر نمکین
کالی مرچ 1/2 چائے کا چمچ
سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر 1/2 چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ 1/2 چائے کا چمچ
تمام گرم مصالحہ 1/2 چائے کا چمچ
چنے کا آٹا یا سادہ آٹا 1 چمچ
بھون کے لئے تیل



Cooking Directions

First of all, take a bowl add potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, cumin seeds, all hot spices and gram flour.
Then mix it well.
Now heat up oil and add potato chips in it.
Cook it well.
At the end serve it with Ketchup.

طریقہ:

سب سے پہلے ، ایک پیالے میں آلو ، نمک ، کالی مرچ ، سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر ، زیرہ ، تمام گرم مصالحہ اور چنے کا میدہ شامل کریں۔
پھر اسے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
اب تیل گرم کریں اور اس میں آلو کے چپس ڈالیں۔
اسے اچھی طرح سے پکائیں۔
آخر میں اسے کیچپ کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
