Ingredients

Beef (Gosht) 1/2 kg
Salt as taste
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

اجزاء

بیف (گوشت) 1/2 کلوگرام
ذائقہ کے طور پر نمکین
جیرا 1 چائے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر 1 چمچ
تیل 1/2 کپ
ادرک 1 چائے کا چمچ
لہسن کا پیسٹ 1 چائے کا چمچ



Cooking Directions

1. First of all, take a non stick pan add oil and gosht in it and fry it until golden.
2. Now add ginger and garlic paste in it and cook it 2 minutes.
3.Then add cumin seeds, salt and black pepper in it and cook it well.
4.Now cook it until oil seprate.
5 Then add some water and mix it well and cook it at least 25 to 30 in medium flame.
6.After 30 minutes beef cook well.
7 At the end serve it with naan or chapati.

6. 30 منٹ کے بعد گائے کا گوشت اچھی طرح سے پکائیں۔
7 آخر میں اس کو نان یا چپاتی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
