Fruit chaat Recipe | Fruit chaat Recipe.This chaat is a term describing savoury snacks, typically served at road-side tracks from stalls or food carts in India and some parts of Pakistan.

It is believed that chaat originated in the royal kitchen of the great emperor Shah Jahan. One time he fell ill, and the Shahi Hakim instructed him to strengthen his immunity by consuming food which is loaded with spice but really light on the stomach.
Hence, the famous chaat was invented.Chaat, if made right, could prove to be a sumptuous addition to your weight loss diet. This chaat is very delicious and mind blowing dish.I really love it.

Apple cut in slice 1 cup
Banana cut in slice   1 cup
Caster Sugar  5 tablespoon or as taste
Pomegranate 1 cup
Lemon juice 3 tablespoon
Chaat masala 2 tablespoon
Salt as taste
Boiled chickpea 1/2 cup
Grapes  1 cup
Red chili powder 2 teaspoon


ایپل ٹکڑا 1 کپ میں کاٹا
کیلے کا ٹکڑا 1 کپ میں کاٹا
کیسٹر شوگر 5 چمچ یا بطور ذائقہ
لیموں کا رس 3 چمچ
انار 1 کپ
چاٹ مسالہ 2 چمچ
ذائقہ کے طور پر نمکین
ابلا ہوا چھوٹا 1/2 کپ
انگور 1 کپ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر 2 چائے کا چمچ

Cooking Directions

First of all, take a bowl add apple, grapes, pomegranate, sugar, banana, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder and chaat masala.
Then that mix it well and sugar dissolve.
Now take serving dish add fruit chaat mixture in it.
At the end, sprinkle red chili powder and chaat masala.


سب سے پہلے ، ایک پیالے میں سیب ، انگور ، انار ، چینی
، کیلا ، لیموں کا رس ، نمک ، سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر اور چاٹ مسالہ شامل کریں۔
پھر اس میں اچھی طرح مکس ہوجائیں اور چینی گھل جائے۔
اب اس میں پھل چاٹ مکسنگ سرونگ ڈش لیں۔
آخر میں سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر اور چاٹ مسالہ چھڑکیں۔
