Fried Chicken Stick |Fried Chicken Stick .The American English expression “fried chicken” is first recorded in the 1830s, and frequently appears in American cookbooks of the 1860s and 1870s. The origin of fried chicken in the southern states of America has been traced to precedents in Scottish and West African cuisine. Scottish fried chicken was cooked in fat (though unseasoned)while West African fried chicken was seasoned Scottish frying techniques and African seasoning techniques were used in the American South by African slaves.

Fried chicken provided some means of independent economy for enslaved and segregated African-American women, who became noted sellers of poultry (live or cooked) as early as the 1730s. Southern fried chicken, also known simply as fried chicken, is a dish consisting of chicken pieces which have been coated in a seasoned batter and pan-fried, deep fried, or pressure fried.

Chicken boneless 2 piece
Salt as taste
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger powder
Tomato cut in cubes 1 cup
onion cut in cube 1 cup
Chili flakes 1 teaspoon
oil for deep fry
cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Egg as required
Vinegar 1 tablespoon

ادرک پاؤڈر
ٹماٹر کیوب 1 کپ میں کاٹا
پیاز کیوب 1 کپ میں کاٹا
مرچ 1 چائے کا چمچ
گہری بھون کے لئے تیل
زیرہ 1 چائے کا چمچ
ضرورت کے مطابق انڈا
سرکہ 1 چمچ

Cooking Directions

1.First of all, take a bowl add chicken boneless , black pepper,salt, garlic powder,ginger powder,chili flakes,Vinegar,cumin seeds and red chili powder.
2.Now marinate the chicken at least one hour.
3.Then take a non stick pan add oil and heat it up.
4.Now take sticks add marinated chicken piece,onion and tomato piece and make all sticks.
5.Then take a bowl add egg and then take a chicken stick dip it in egg and then add it in the oil.
6.After that cook it medium flame until golden brown.
7.At the end Serve it with Ketchup or garlic sauce.


1. سب سے پہلے ، ایک کٹورا میں چکن ہڈی لیس ، کالی مرچ ، نمک ، لہسن پاؤڈر ، ادرک پاؤڈر ، مرچ فلیکس ، سرکہ ، جیرا اور سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر ڈالیں۔
2. اب چکن کو کم از کم ایک گھنٹہ مارینٹ کریں۔
3. پھر نان اسٹک پین میں تیل ڈالیں اور اسے گرم کریں۔
4. اب لاٹھیوں میں چکن کا ٹکڑا ، پیاز اور ٹماٹر کا ٹکڑا شامل کریں اور تمام لاٹھی بنائیں۔
5 اس کے بعد ایک کٹورا میں انڈا شامل کریں اور پھر مرغی کی چھڑی لے کر اسے انڈے میں ڈبو لیں اور پھر اسے تیل میں شامل کریں۔
6. اس کے بعد سنہری بھوری ہونے تک درمیانی شعلہ بنائے۔
7. آخر میں اسے کیچپ یا لہسن کی چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
