Chuwaray(Dry Dates) 9to 10 or as required
Badaam 1/2 cup
Khoya 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 2 cup
Rose water few drops
Pistachio 1/2 cup


چووارے (خشک کھجور) 9 سے 10 یا ضرورت کے مطابق
بادام 1/2 کپ
کھویا 1/2 کپ
شوگر 1/2 کپ
دودھ 2 کپ
گلاب پانی کچھ قطرے
پستہ 1/2 کپ

Cooking Directions

1.First of all, take a bowl add milk and dry dates in it.
2.Now Soak the chuwaray(dry dates) overnight in milk and add a little rose water in it.
3.Then take out the seeds and the caps of the chuwaray in the morning and cut into half.
4.Now Cook the chuwaray in the milk in which you soaked them.
5.After that Take khoya and badaam and pistachio and sugar and cook separately just so much as to make the khoya a little tender.
6.Then fill the half chuwaray with the khoya mixture.
7.At the end Your dish is now ready.


1. سب سے پہلے ، ایک کٹورا لیں اس میں دودھ اور خشک کھجوریں شامل کریں۔
